1. Warranty scope

AXD AXD guarantees that all products are completely tested before leaving the factory, and avoid the loss of raw materials or production sections during the production process. According to the conditions and restrictions listed below, Shenzhen Anxinda Storage Technology Co., Ltd. will repair or replace any products due to human error or material defects.

Three year warranty of SLC-FLASH series; MLC-FLASH series two-year warranty, wide temperature military products five-year warranty (* free of testing, maintenance, material costs)

(* The above free parts are only for the defects or anomalies caused by non-human factors.)


2. Confirmation of product warranty period

The warranty period starts from the original purchase date of the product. When the product warranty demand is proposed, the original purchase certificate of the product (such as unified invoice, delivery note, etc.) shall be submitted. If relevant purchase certificates cannot be provided, the warranty period shall be based on the production date.


3. Product warranty method

Repair and replacement: During the warranty period, the product is entitled to free repair or 3-month replacement service, and the replaced products or parts are mainly of equivalent specifications or substitutes.

Maintenance warranty: free maintenance service shall be provided for the repaired product if the same fault causes again within 30 days.


4. The product is not within the scope of free warranty

Failures and damages caused by failure to use in accordance with the operation manual or failure to maintain in accordance with the instructions in the operation manual.

The damage of products is caused by natural disasters (such as floods, fires, earthquakes, lightning strikes, typhoons, etc.), man-made sabotage (such as knocking, cracking, pounding, etc.), computer disorder, man-made negligence (such as loss, improper storage, etc.), or other abnormalities.

Damage caused by the installation, addition, expansion, modification, repair, and disassembly of parts not authorized or recognized by Yiding by the customer without authorization or by a third party.

Product damage caused by computer virus or product damage caused by detoxification.

Damage caused by physical or electronic and electromagnetic pressure or interference, instability and misuse of power supply, lightning, static electricity, fire or other force majeure factors.

Damage caused by exposure to improper environment (including high temperature or high humidity).

The service life of FLASH reached the limit due to a large number of write operations by customers.

Damage caused by improper transportation and packaging on the way to the customer for repair.

When providing maintenance services, the data stored in the maintenance products may be damaged or lost due to repair. Please store the backup data first. Shenzhen Anxinda Storage Technology Co., Ltd. will not be responsible for the data stored in the maintenance products.
